USC Marshall MBA for Professionals & Managers (MBA.PM) Program's Scholarship Fund Drive

The USC Marshall MBA.PM program has become so much more than an evening MBA program. We are career switchers and enhancers with diverse interests and goals, but above all else, we are change makers. To keep up with the evolving needs of our student body, this scholarship will enable students to pursue goals related to their MBA where they may not have been previously able. The scholarship will be awarded to an MBA.PM student going into his or her third year to enable them to take a necessary step to leave his or her legacy, whether it be accept a summer internship, make a career change, start a business, or found a social enterprise.

The MBA.PM Scholarship fund will be application-based and both the current student body and the administration will have input on determining the recipient. In addition to enabling MBA.PM students to leave their legacy, we hope to leverage this scholarship to do the following:

  • Engage the MBA.PM alumni community, by encouraging them to remain part of the greater USC Marshall community
  • Support the USC Marshall Advancement team in funding scholarships
  • Fill a gap in opportunities to recognize MBA.PM students
  • Leverage the scholarship fund as one more tool to attract the next generation of MBA.PM Trojans

2017 Fundraising Goal

Our fundraising goal is to raise $100K, the minimum amount needed for an endowed scholarship fund. We will also put in place the necessary resources to ensure its continued growth in subsequent years. Our tactics will include direct marketing, as well as a fundraising gala in the summer of 2017.
